The Origin of Sumisión

The painting Sumisión is a dark vision arising in a hypnagogic state — the threshold of consciousness just before falling asleep. A sabbath unfolding on a stage. A feminine face concealed behind a mask. Submission intertwined with danger.

The artwork was exhibited in Barcelona and at the Louvre Museum in Paris.
